As a property developer, EQUANS places environmental excellence at the heart of its real estate and urban projects: less carbon intensive, energy efficient, renewable energy producers, developing green mobility and promoting biodiversity.

EQUANS carries out vital technical work packages (CFO/CFA, safety, fire safety, technical management) for buildings, structures, infrastructures and tertiary and industrial networks whose design is based on BIM modelling tools and for which we deploy innovative systems.

In urban environments, we provide safety and performance to the inhabitants. Our scope of intervention covers the deployment of high-speed networks, public lighting, video protection and safety for pedestrians and roads.

To meet the challenges of decarbonisation of mobility, EQUANS is increasing the number of electric vehicle recharging solutions in both the public and private sectors. We are also involved in experiments on dynamic charging of heavy vehicles in Europe. In the future, most bus and road transport fleets will be decarbonised, and we already have proven solutions to meet these new needs. And also in the maritime and inland waterway sectors, where emission-free navigation is made possible with mobile storage solutions and charging infrastructures in the main hotspots.

EQUANS also provides the systems necessary for the operation of rail networks, including the electrification of lines, signalling and associated telecommunications. Frugal solutions are being developed for secondary networks in France, under the responsibility of the Regions, but also in Europe in order to revitalise mobility around peri-urban and regional areas with controlled investments in infrastructure.
