Information notice on the processing of your personal data
Equans S.A.S. (hereinafter referred to as "Equans"), whose registered office is located at 49-51 rue Louis Blanc, 92400, Courbevoie - France, is required to process personal data concerning you (hereinafter referred to as "personal data" or "data"), in its capacity as data controller.
Aware of the importance of this data, Equans is committed to protecting it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This notice provides you with all the information you need to understand how your data is processed.
1. Why do we process your personal data?
Your data is processed on the basis of EQUANS' legitimate interests in organising and ensuring the event logistics and calculate the carbon footprint of the Equans event to be held on 22 May 2024, and more specifically in order to :
- Receive confirmation that you will be attending the event,
- Send you additional information about the event,
- Respond to any queries you may have,
- Organise your welcome at the Hippodrome de Longchamp on the day of the event,
- Gather your impressions after the event.
Your personal data will not be further processed in a manner incompatible with the purposes described above.
The processing does not involve automated decision-making.
2. What personal data is processed?
The categories of personal data processed by Equans are :
- Identification data such as your first and last names,
- Contact details such as your professional email address,
- Data relating to your professional life, such as the company you work for.
The data subjects of the processing are the recipients of the invitation and the persons designated as accompanying them.
Some of your details have been collected from Equans and its subsidiaries (which they hold as part of their commercial relations with your organisation), others have been communicated to us directly by you or have been provided by the person to whom the invitation is addressed.
Data that must be provided is identified by an asterisk (*) on the collection form.
3. How long are your personal details kept?
Your personal data will only be kept for 3 months from the end of the event.
4. Who will have access to your personal data?
Your details are reserved for the use of the EQUANS Communications Department and will only be communicated to authorised Hippodrome de Longchamp staff in charge of welcoming you.
5. How is the security and confidentiality of your data ensured?
Equans, in its capacity as data controller, implements appropriate measures to protect the security and confidentiality of your personal data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
6. Is your data processed outside the European Union?
Your personal data will not be processed outside the European Union.
7. What are your RGPD rights?
In accordance with the applicable regulations, you may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data. You also have the right to object to or limit the use of your data.
