In order to develop and meet the needs of its clients around the world, EQUANS recruits 15,000 employees every year. In a context of strong tension on the job market, we want to affirm our image as an employer of choice to attract new talents, but also to reinforce the pride of belonging of our employees and encourage the retention of our employees.

One year after the creation of our brand, and with the ambition to make the EQUANS name shine even more brightly, we are launching our first employer brand campaign by highlighting what we share, our common culture, what makes us unique and attractive.
