Our solutions
Low-carbon new-build solutions, energy efficient internal and external building refurbishment and facility management services - which will enhance the student experience – are all playing a role to reach a low carbon environment and to enable the UK to reach its carbon targets.
EQUANS is responsible for all of the construction, renovation and energy performance technology requirements and will refurbish 734 existing student housing units, build 496 new units and also provide long-term operational management of the site.
Performance
After the construction phase, EQUANS will provide full facility management services for the accommodation campus for a 50-year period.
