International Anti-Corruption Day
The International Anti-Corruption Day on 9 December gives us the opportunity to reaffirm the place of ethics in our organisation: at the centre of our strategy, our management and our professional practices.
We make it a vector of performance. This is why we apply a very simple policy regarding breaches of integrity: zero tolerance.
To prevent risks, we rely on a network of 90 Ethics Officers and correspondents who assist our employees around the world every day.To ensure that everyone understands the applicable anti-corruption rules, makes them their own, and complies strictly with them, we have made an e-module on Equans' ethical values compulsory, and have integrated the fight against corruption into the employee training programme.
Our employees and third parties can also report any breach of our ethical rules through a whistleblowing system.
